Habibi’s Coffee- Fullerton, CA

A Levant-inspired café across from Cal State Fullerton, designed around the warmth of Levantine hospitality, where every guest is welcomed like family. A handmade-tile counter with soft under-glow lighting and a bilingual "Order Here Habibi" sign set a welcoming tone, beside a sculpted terracotta plaster wall of arched, lit niches displaying calligraphy ceramics and merch. The dining room is built for lingering, with a cognac channel-tufted banquette beneath custom arched rug panels featuring Habibi's Arabic calligraphy, framed by brass globe sconces and fluted pedestal tables. An arched terracotta hallway under a deep navy ceiling, lined with shelves of olive oil and pantry goods, leads guests to the back. Dar*rim handled design, renderings and procurement from concept to install.
