The terms that apply when you use darrim.com. Design services themselves are governed by the written agreement you sign with Darrim.

About these terms

This website is operated by Darrim LLC (“Darrim”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our services

Darrim provides interior design services, including design concepts, layouts, 3D renderings, selections and procurement. The website describes our work in general terms; it is not an offer. Any project is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement, and if that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

Darrim does not perform construction. Any construction, electrical, plumbing or structural work on a project is performed by contractors who hold the licences required where the project is located, under their own agreements with the client. [Confirm this matches how you work.]

Project photos, renderings and results

Photos, renderings and 3D models show past projects and design intent. Every space, budget and timeline is different, so they are not a promise of a particular result, cost or schedule. Product availability, colours and finishes can vary from what appears on screen.

Intellectual property

The Darrim name and logo, text, renderings, 3D models, designs and photographs on this site belong to Darrim LLC or are used with permission from their owners. You may view and share links to our pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, download, reproduce or reuse our content or designs without our written permission.

Project photographs on this site were taken by Darrim and are shown with the permission of our clients. If you believe something on this site uses your work without permission, email rim@darrim.com and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it promptly.

Enquiries

Sending an enquiry does not create a client relationship or reserve dates. A project begins only once we have both signed an agreement and the deposit described in our Refund & Payment Policy has been received.

Third-party links

Our site links to services we do not control, such as Instagram and Coohom. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the site, for example by attempting to access it in unauthorised ways, interfering with its operation, or submitting false, unlawful or harmful content through our forms.

Disclaimer

The site and its content are provided “as is” for general information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the site’s accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Darrim is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your state of residence requires otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last changed.
