The brief
One building, many ways of working.
The team needed a space that could shoot content in the morning, host a buyer meeting by noon and still feel like their own. Darrim kept the warehouse bones — concrete floors, exposed trusses, steel windows — and layered warmth only where people pause: a terracotta plaster coffee bar, a bouclé lounge beneath glass block, and a white oak stair that ties the two floors together.
Behind the scenes sit a cyclorama shoot studio, curtained fitting rooms, a beamed conference room for twelve and a soft blush powder room upstairs. Darrim led design, renderings and procurement throughout the buildout.
A walk through the building
Room by room.

01
Ground floor · Arrival
Coffee bar & stair
The first thing anyone sees: a terracotta plaster wall over white oak cabinetry and brass, with a white oak stair rising beside it to the second floor.

02
Ground floor · Gathering
The lounge
Curved bouclé seating, paper pendants and a Persian rug soften the glass-block wall — a place to meet, pitch and pause between shoots.
03
Ground floor · Content
Shoot studio
A white cyclorama wall under the exposed trusses, left deliberately quiet so the product always leads.

04
Ground floor · Styling
Fitting rooms
Curtained fitting rooms with oval mirrors and round platforms sit beside a bulb-lit makeup station with director's chairs, so hair, makeup and styling never leave the floor.
05
Studio · Design & sampling
The design space
Where the collection begins: a butcher-block cutting table under a string of glass globes, sample rails, a dress form and deep wood drawers for patterns and swatches, all beneath a reclaimed timber beam on warm oak floors.

06
Second floor · Meetings
Conference room
Exposed beams, a long table for twelve and a single paper lantern — calm enough for buyer meetings, warm enough for long days.

07
Second floor · Details
Powder rooms & glam
A soft blush powder room, the brand logo inlaid in penny tile and a Hollywood-mirror glam station for shoot days.
